R48 - Regarding the MINIBOT
It seems to be that rule R48 needs to change the word ROBOT to HOSTBOT, as I do not believe FIRST intends for it to apply to the MINIBOT. The definition of ROBOT includes the MINIBOT. Anyone agree? Particularly, I'm looking at the part of the rule saying each motor must be powered by an appropriate speed controller.

I think the GDC has to review their usage of HOSTBOT and ROBOT in all the rules. There are inconsistencies, including some rules that say "ROBOT or HOSTBOT" when just saying "ROBOT" would be sufficient.
