Conclusion to LabVIEW Training Videos

The final video for the 2011 FRC Season have just been posted.

These videos conclude The Seven Steps to FRC Robotics Success that Enable Training and Consulting Inc. has put together this year.

You can find the entire set in the dropdown menu at the top of the page to LabVIEW for FRC.

In Step 7 we will:
• Modify autonomous independent SubVI to add a parallel loop
• Slowly move servo forward and return to zero position when limit switch is closed

As always, the material from the 2010 season is still ready and available.

Re: Conclusion to LabVIEW Training Videos

Thanks so much for the Videos. They are great.

I have a question about Video #5 on setting up for the autonomous mode.
Why in that video do you start a new project instead of editing the 'autonomous independent' vi that is called from the Robot Main vi?

Thank you,

Hi Tim,

We wanted to show the entire process of creating a new project from the beginning. We did not use the game code at that time because when we produced that video the game code for 2011 had not been finalized yet.

We have another video where we walk though the 2011 default game code. That video is here: http://www.frcmastery.com/labview-for-frc/2011-frc-steps-to-robot-success/exploring-the-default-autonomous-code/
