Where can I find whatever I need to re image the classmate? Directions, any downloads I need, etc?

The first thing you need is the USB key for the Classmate. It's shown on page 31 (the last page) of the Kit of Parts checklist.

The next thing you need is to look at all the files available on the http://www.usfirst.com/frc/kitofparts Kit of Parts web page, especially the ones in the Control System section of the page. The document explaining How to Set Up Your 2011 Driver Station will be particularly useful for you at this time.

You'll also want to go to the Competition Manual & Related Docs page, then scroll to the bottom and follow the Software Updates link.
