To you Kingdom Hearts fans...

Last night, I spent 3 hours putting this together in Solidworks from scratch. The tutorial I found for it was fairly ambiguous, so I had to rely on my wits to get a lot of it correct. After finishing the main body, I spent another hour making the proper proportioned chain-links and keychain. After I finally finished assembling it, I changed up the colors for Kingdom Key D.

If you have anything you want to add or recommend, feel free to. I'm just flaunting something i'm proud of.

How long until it goes into production? ;)

Seriously good job. If you're looking for something to do, you could try to create some of the other blades. Metal Chocobo would probably be the easiest.

Yeah, Metal Chocobo is one of the two i've been looking into making, though Fenrir is the one that has me most curious. The hardest part of Metal Chocobo I can think of is the Keychain and certain parts of the hilt.

I would love to see this put into production, but according to the person who made the tutorial, using the materials shown in the design it would weigh 279.88 lbs...Sora must be he-man in disguise ;D

Wow, these are awesome! And yeah...Sora/Roxas/Xion must be pretty strong to lift that!

I kinda want a real one now...

I feel like such a nerd because of how impressed I am. You should make the X-blade from birth by sleep, I would make that my laptops wallpaper

My best friend Kyle wants me to make that same keyblade. I figured after I got to work on Fenrir, i'd probably try to attempt that one next.

I've got Metal Chocobo almost completely finished. All I have left to do is some touch up on the appearance, the keychain itself, and I need to edit the hand guard boss to match the actual keyblade itself. The blade though turned out PERFECT!
