How many teams are using mecanum, omni wheels, regular wheels, or a mix of two of these types

Our team made an 8WD with kit wheels on the outsides and pneumatic wheels in the middle. We liked everything about pneumatics except the bounciness, so we put kit wheels on the outside so the whole robot wouldn't bounce. (memories of team 86's robot come to mind )

Are there Rules Against having a Full suspension kit, im talking like coil overs or even double wishbone suspension
