I'm wondering how many Wheels can be on the Minibot?

R <92> does not place any limits on the number of wheels that can be on the minibot, so you can have as many as you want.

The only thing limiting you is what the wheels can be made out of you are making custom wheels.
The other consideration is weight. You do not want too many wheels as it will add unnecessary mass and slow the minibot.
