Update Problem - Windows 7 Can't find setup.exe

One of our main programming laptops is having trouble updating LabVIEW. We've downloaded it a few times and used a downloaded copy that worked on a different computer, but we keep running into this problem:

Running autorun.exe makes nothing happen after we tell to program install the update.
Running setup.exe returns this error:

The filepath is irrelevant. This error occurs no matter where the file is.
Oh, and by the way, we are running Windows 7. If that helps.

Check to make sure your antivirus program is turned off before trying to run the update.
