Number of Analog Input Channels
When defining analog input channels for Gyro's in LabView, the module is set to slot 1 and the channel selection only allows you to select one of two channels (AI 1 & AI 2). On the module though, there is 8 channels of input. I believe one of them is dedicated to battery voltage, but where are the other 5 channels?
OK, I just looked into this further. This seems to only be an issue with the Gyro vi's. When you setup a generic Analog Input channel, you can select all 8 input channels. So I guess life is good as long as the gyro lives in the first two channels. Is this a known bug in LabView? |

Re: Number of Analog Input Channels
I believe only the first two channels have accumulators configured in the FPGA.

Re: Number of Analog Input Channels
It's not a bug. It's a requirement due to the configuration of the FPGA. Only the first two analog channels are capable of being used as gyro inputs.
