Go to Post It's the corollary that you pick them no matter what shape they start the event in. Pink is known for showing up at their 1st regional with the robot in an unfinished state. And somehow, magically by the end of qualifications it just works, and they win. - Nuttyman54 [more]

Tank drive problems

My team and I are having a problem with our tank drive program. We are use logitect playstation looking controllers. The two axis were set as 2(y-axis) and axis 4. For some strange reason it stop working. Some is preventing us from turning. I noticed that one stick on the controller is makling the robot to move foward. With tank drive i thought that the just moving one joystick will make only one certain side move.... CAN ANY ANYONE HELP ? ? ?

Re: Tank drive problems

Make sure that the motors are controlled by different axis values. Make sure that you havnt wired the same value. If you upload a VI I will be glad to review it.

Re: Tank drive problems

your description sounds like arcade drive. verify that you have it set to tank and not arcade drive.

Re: Tank drive problems

Might one side not be working at all? A skid-steer robot will generally go straight if only one side is powered.
