PVC/CPVC on the minibot.

The FIRST rulebook says, under section 4.3.14 <R92>:

"The following items are the only permitted materials for use on the MINIBOTS:

... Q. PVC or CPVC pipe"

...Does this mean that PVC/CPVC end fittings/elbows are legal pickings for the minibot as well?

By your rules reference, I can tell that you are not up to the current edition of the rules. They're up to Rev I. The rule currently reads

Q. PVC or CPVC pipe and fittings,

. As for when that changed, it was probably 3-4 updates ago, IIRC.
