WindRiver C++ Installation Problem with Key File

I have attempted an installation on WindRiver in an attempt to port our current game code to c++ for the challenge. The only problem is our team lost the CD. So someone hosted a CDR image for me to download. This is that thread. Well I changed the file to an ISO by renaming it and I mounted it on a virtual drive.

When it asks me to activate I choose permanent activation just as the documentation states. However when I link to the FRC_2011_INSTALL.TXT on the virtual drive it says "Your product activation file does not have a valid key for any Products on this disk. Please re-enter a new Product Activation File.

Any ideas on what I can do to solve this?

Thank you.
