Question No Robot Code No More :-(

Hey Guys,
Our cRio was working fine untill yesterday morning i walk into the room, power up the cRio and was very excited to deploy the code and get the job done of programming it. My excitement turned into frustration when the code was running in Labview on my PC but the driverstation displayed No Robot Code. Worst of all when i unhooked the cRio and plugged it back in (after trying various alternatives to get the code onto the cRio), the Connection was gone too.

Any Suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks Guys, You're the BEST
oh yea I forgot to tell you the the cRio passed all the bench tests and the beta testing while mounted on the robot. We did not perform anytype of construction on the robot after i mounted the cRio so no sawdust or anything was near it. thanks aagin

Re: No Robot Code No More :-(

I would check the wiring to make sure it is not a connection or electrical issue.

Re: No Robot Code No More :-(

I believe you need to re-image the Crio again with the 2011 version for it and have you performed all of the software updates because there were some for the programming platforms and driver station as well.

What you need to do:

Re-image the Crio
Perform all updates: which can be found on "firstforge"
Make sure you have got your bridge set up properly. If you are not sure of this, then reset the bridge and configure it again. Also make sure your converter for the bridge is wired correctly as well.

Good Luck! If you need any more help, just ask.

Re: No Robot Code No More :-(

Are you using the wireless connection to communicate with the robot? If so, ensure that your wireless connection is working properly (e.g. you have a connection established to the wireless bridge, the bridge has power, all IPs are configured properly, etc). If you're tethered, ensure that your wireless is off; simultaneous connections can cause innumerable problems.
