Exclamation invalid input parameter

When I open my labview project, I now recieve a popup window warning me of an invalid input parameter. This concerns me because it only happened recently after I changed the name of the .lvproj file. There are no prohibited characters in the name as the message suggests.

Also, I am now being prompted to save files that I know I didn't modify (4moterdrive.vi, imaq.vi, PID.vi). Should I save these files or not? I am very concerned about getting to the regional and then not being able to connect to the FMS.

Lastly, the cRIO has become unreachable. I was mid way through the update when one of our new freshmen ignored the lockout tag and killed the power. This of course corrupted the onboard memory. I put the cRIO into safe mode and formated it, then I used the imaging tool to restore the image with the newest version. However, when I go to deploy, a window pops up stating that the cRIO cannot resolve from the current dialogue!

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
