Scoring Grids Questions

"Each SCORING GRID is composed of three vertical columns, with three horizontal SCORING PEGS attached to each column."

can somebody give me the exact Measurements of the midlle column?!!
i read about this in the manual but i didn't find any thing,,just tell me (if you can) what is the height of the lowest peg above the floor?
what is the space between every two pegs?!!
