Just finished this up today!

I would hate to see you guys misalign, and see your minibot get smashed by that awesomely powerful deployer!

if we miss align, then it just wont deploy. the plate on the bottom of the platform has a Y kinda channel cut into it so it will guide it to the pole, and if its completely off then the platform will hit the pole and the minibot is safe.

We don't consider it open source really, more like we just post stuff up as we go.

The deployer isn't 100% finished. The noodles will be attached to a little swing so they swing up out of the way, then flop back after the minibot goes up so it can cushion it on the return trip

Looks safer then almost all kickers from last years robots.
