Robot specifications:

Weight: 52.5 Kg (115.7 lb)

Height: 151.2 Cm (59")

Arm length: 135 Cm (53.1")

Top speed: 4 meter per second (14.4 km\h - 8.9 mp\h)


Robot Abilities:

Hanging tubes on all three heights
Picking tubes from the floor
Tilting a tube to a desired angle
Hanging a tube at the autonomous period on all pegs
Reach pre-set heights of arm and gripper with a push of a button
Sub-systems:

Chassis: Six wheel drive including - two omni wheels in front, MisCar's custom high friction wheels and double omni in the back. All the wheels are driven by timing strips in order to reduce weight.

Gripper: Two conveyors motorized seperately in order to collect and tilt tubes in a fast and efficient way

Sensors: 3 line tracking sensors (provided by Rockwell Automation - from the kit) 2 potentiometers to determine arm and gripper heights, 2 encoders to determine the robot's speed and distance and a switch for recognizing whether the robot is holding a tube or not.

Mini-Bot: Climbs the tower in 2-3 seconds and deployed in less than 1 seconds using a servo motor.
