Re: Which Teams Have Been Able To Score Two Ubertubes In Autonomous

234 is working on it. They had it working in practice at Smoky Mountains but never quite got it working during actual matches.

We may give it a try, just for fun.

But I agree that 3 teams is better, because if a team can consistently do autonomous (score one ubertube) then they are likely a good team.
If i can remember correctly (GVSU was a while ago) in elimination there was i think 5 ubbers up and the sixth was a miss... as long as the bots do what they are supposed to and go in on a straight path there is plenty of room for every bot to score in auton.

Re: Which Teams Have Been Able To Score Two Ubertubes In Autonomous

Here is a video showing the auto trial runs using encoders and gyro chip
We were able to score 2 ubertubes in auton. 14 times in a row.
We had previously had some issues with the gyro which was affecting our auton. capabilities, but now we have everything working as planned

Re: Which Teams Have Been Able To Score Two Ubertubes In Autonomous

2056 and 1114 were both consistently doing this in their respective Elimination alliances this weekend in Toronto. 1114 was scoring 1482's uber while 1503 scored their own, and 2056 was scoring 1547's uber while 781 scored their own.

Team 40 did it twice at WPI and once at BAE.
Team 2056 scored 2 ubertubes consistently at GTR and Waterloo Regional

Re: Which Teams Have Been Able To Score Two Ubertubes In Autonomous

MOE were able to do this at Philly, and Daisy were REALLY close to getting it, I'd be shocked if they don't get it at Championship.

Team 233 has a three tube autonomous, and it looks pretty impressive to me! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTs3b2w_GSw
