Team 61 minibot
it takes less than 2 sec from the time it is release to the time it hits the top of the pole. No need to aim. just release the deployment arm and wait for the 10 second count.

the green cradle holds the minibot in. the rail platform is held in place with the piston rod. that rod goes all the way up into the minibot. this holds the mini bot into place until the piston is pulled down. at that point the minibot is flying free in the cradle. once the platform hits the pole the minibot jumps out of the green cradle and locks onto the pole. on the way down the minibot hits the soft green cradle.
the total weight is 2.4 pounds |
