Work? It is hard to tell what you intended it to do. Plus with overlapping wires like the ones coming from the unbundle, it is not possible to follow a static picture accurately. Hint -- press the right-most cleanup button on the toolbar.

If you are putting this into your actual program, move the Open and Refnum Sets into Begin and use Refnum Gets with the same name here. Move the Close to Finish. Alternately, delete the Set if you just want to open and close each time.

Otherwise, I'd say it will flip channel one and two solenoid actuators depending on the state of some buttons on the joystick.
