Ok,

I like that you posted this, but people need to start looking at their overall profitability (for your future job this would be your realized income). I say this because your Return-on-Investment isn't always a good measuring stick.

I would take a much lower ROI if I was more profitable over the length of my career... In face, ROI is slowly becoming an unused metric, and I'm surprised that they used it in an article like this.

Don't get me wrong, it will still help point people in the right direction.

Good catch. I didn't actually read the article.

For the record there is significant differences between ROI and Profitability.
