Accelerometer Troubles

Okay so I have an accelerometer wired up to be tested, but I need to find the voltage gains so that we can use applicable units. (G's)

I have searched the history of FIRST's control resources and can only find information about the ADXL335 and ADXL345 chips.

We are pretty certain that we never ordered an accelerometer outside of the kit of parts and cannot figure out which chip this is.

The chip is a small square that says "Accel r0.1" on top, has the x, y, and z outputs arranges in a 3 X 3 hole square and it says "DSI 5008B" in very small text at the bottom.

Please help me find the data sheet so I can get the correct gains.

Re: Accelerometer Troubles

That's the red board from the 2009 Kit of Parts. http://usfirst.org/uploadedFiles/200...r%20Manual.pdf has a picture if you want to make sure.

The accelerometer is an ADXL335. From the sensor manual: "The ADXL335 can measure +/-3g in each axis. Nominal output is 1.5V at 0g (free-fall), plus 300mV/g."
