Vince Wilczynski has sent me the following message, asking me to post it on our wwwboard because for one reason and another he is unable to post it himself a the current time.

"There will be plenty of seating for everyone at the Meadows, and that is
the primary reason why the regional is being held in such a large-capacity
venue. With such a large venue, each team really needs to bring/invite a
hundred or so team members/supporters to give the arena the "feel" of the
usual FIRST New England Regional that we all know - an intense, exciting,
and energetic three days of competition.

In addition to the usual FIRST fans, teams are encouraged to bring as many
new-faces to the New England Regional as possible. It is conceivable that
team recruitment will be recognized as a significant contribution to the
growth of FIRST during next year’s competition season, so inviting new
bodies to the regionals is a great way to get a jump start on recruiting
new teams.

For information on how to get to the competition, please see
http://www.meadowsmusic.com/directions.html
and for an agenda for the NE Regional, please see
http://www.usfirst.org/1999comp/Agendas/UTC.html

Let’s all work to pack the house and make the message of FIRST resonate
even more - Thanks for your help - Vince"
