Delphi has left an over sight out in all in their code
This affects TGrid and its descendants directly (TDBGrid). The real problem is when Microsoft removes the old Windows 98 API calls in (expectantly) Windows 8, your Delphi code certainly will not run at all final on the new Windows!!!!!! I think its going to affect every project of Delphi regardless because the calls are so perverlant. (test it with my kit on your web site) Please visit my web site under construction and download my kit to help you evaluate for your self of the implications that would be incurred. my web site under construction and my help kit http://delphiupdate.wordpress.com/2011/07/12/home Lex Dean |

Re: Old Windows 98 API ScrollBar calls in DBGrid
Fortunately, we mainly speak C++, Java, and Labview when programming our robots. Maybe a few try Python.

Re: Old Windows 98 API ScrollBar calls in DBGrid
I don't think I'll be running an unsolicited "help kit" from such a questionable source...
