Quation about Programming NXT MINDSTORMS to work with Tetrix motors

I Read some papers
I need this for teaching my new member team before the FRC 2012
What is better to begin with Programming NXT MINDSTORMS to work with Tetrix motors
1. Is use LabVIEW with the NXT and the TETRIX if it is possible
2. use a Programme Try ROBOTC for 30 days for Lego Mindstroms with NXT-G

Anyone have experience with this issue, I am not experience with programming, but I will study any material.

Mohamed,

I have never used Labview, and I taught myself RobotC last year. If you already know Labview, it is always best to teach something you already know. If you don't know either, personally I found RobotC easier to learn, that's why I decided to learn it myself. The RobotC forum is very active and you get any questions you have answered very quickly, as I'm sure you could also get Labview answers quickly.

I try to Downloading a Program to work with LabVIEW for NXT and TETRIX. LabVIEW 8.6 , To launch LabVIEW for LEGO MINDSTORMS
it seems to me it is not working with this version?!
is it right
