SolidWorks bug or PEBKEC error?

I just installed one of our team's copies of SolidWorks 2011 to learn on. I've been formally trained on CATIA (Another Dassault Systemes product), and the basics are pretty similar. However, I was working through the first tutorial that they have and I'm wondering if this is some sort of bug or if it's just user error (probably the case ). I got to the point of viewing a part and a drawing at the same time, and the tutorial points out that if you make changes to the part, the drawing will update when you click on it. However, I've noticed something odd. It only updates every OTHER time I update the part. This is probably an odd description, so I recorded and uploaded a video of the behavior to YouTube (it may still be processing, so sorry if you come into this thread within the first 5 minutes or so and it doesn't work for you. I'm uploading it as I type.).
