Additional MAR Consent and Release forms

To all MAR Teams:

As well as the FIRST Consent and Release form, there an additional Consent and Release form that must be filled out as part of MAR. These forms cannot be submitted electronically, and therefore must be printed out to hand in. The adult MAR Consent and Release form can be found here, and the minor MAR Consent and Release form can be found here. They can also be found on the FIRST Student Team Information Members System and Consent Form page, here.

Are these necessary for kickoff? Bring them to first MAR event or all events?

I'm not certain, but I would believe that they would be necessary at the same places/times as the other FIRST forms are. If I am wrong on this, someone please correct me.

Kickoff and your initial district event, plus any traditional regional events your team attends. The full instructions are here. A little confusing, though.
