Touching The Rim

Are we allowed to touch the rim of the hoop? i might've read over it, but i haven't seen it so far.

Well you cant extend more than 14 inches from your robot perimeter and the fender is roughly39 inches deep and you cant Attatch to arena pieces so I would say no

Unless you are allowed to climb onto the Fender (something I doubt, see that thread) you wouldn't be able to reach the Hoop. You can only reach 14" outside the Frame Perimeter, less your Bumpers, so now you're down to ~10.5" reach. The Hoop is about 14.5" from the outside edge of the Fender.

and agreed. You would be short, as gone over in other threads, of being able to touch the Hoops and just "Dunk" balls. This is true from the front, the math comes out to give you at minimum several inches gap, and from the sides, in which you are even further away.
