Does anyone have a link to a 30mm extruded aluminum file? I have searched google and all other websites I could think of, and found nothing.

Try http://www.firstcadlibrary.com/ there are several different styles to choose in various cad software

Also, FRC Designs (http://www.frc-designs.com/) has a few robot models with an extruded aluminum chassis. I hope this helps!
