They're 10" handtruck tires and tubes from Harbor Freight on custom rims.

We shoot when the robot is on the batter, pressed up against the tower.

We haven't measured the ball exit speed (although it's easily fast enough for our strategy). The shooter uses 4" wheels with a 2:1 belt reduction from 2 775pro motors.
