Question Clarifications Needed

Our team would like clarification of 1) the purpose of the "seeding" rounds at the championship, do the points from these rounds average with the current point average, or do only these points determine the ranking for the double elimination; 2)is the placebo robot part of the 2 or 3 "seeding" matches and not part of the double elimination, or is it completely not used on Saturday? and 3) can our team use a Panasonic 12V, 17Ah or is the Exide battery the only type that can be used?

Lemme see here

1) I'm pretty sure that those rounds are calculated into your overall stats, I believe they were last year

2) Lets just say that if you need to use Placebo, your in a heap on trouble at this point. But I think it can be used in the 2 or 3 matches, just not in the tourney (unless your the odd 'bot out)

3)I would think that you would only be able to use the exact brand and model # that everyone uses.

Thats what I THINK, if I'm right, thats a whole nother story

Mr. Mac is on a distinguished road
That's Right

RapidRobots' response is what the Rules Committee would say, also, except we're planning for 4 seeding matches each this Saturday (but we may have to cut it to less if we get another late start).
