Now matter how many times you tell them...
Ok,
The team was told to follow the directions step by step, but ..... They decided to update the firmware to rev 2008-10-29a BEFORE they did the out of the box bench top test. Now when we have the dongle set to disable, the system and mode both read invalid when we turn on power. Is there any way to get an old version of the firmware? And the victors keep flashing orange when we switch to the enabled position. Any advice on what to do other than hang them up by their thumbs? Ann |
