FIRST is not about building robots, it is about building people; the robots are just a good way to get the people there. |

If we can figure out how to make a robot in six weeks, a little thing like personality conflict should be easy to overcome. |

What’s in a name? That which we call a robot, by any other word would smell of magic smoke. |

Or you could go to the Waterloo or Greater Toronto regional, walk up to anyone in their pit, and ask. You may end up feeling like you asked for a sip of water and ended up soaked by a fire hose, but you won't walk away disappointed. |

everyone in FIRST has to do the cha cha slide at least once per season to get it out of their system. Now I can go back to doing it in the privacy of my own car (if you see a red Jeep in CT swerving back and forth don't worry, it's just me doing the slide...)! |

Now, almost a day later, no one has begun interpreting, dissecting, attaching synonyms, re-interpreting or otherwise mangling Dave's wise words in an effort to find the hidden key to the game. I smell a conspiracy! |

You all have ample time to get your sleep in from the final day of nationals to the friday before kickoff. There should be no reason why anyone will need sleep for the next 6 weeks and then some. You all have had enough of sleep or hibernation, now its time to wake up and do some work =). |
