I'm sure someone somewhere worked really hard on this and I congratulate them for the attempt. Unfortunately, its one of those things that should be taken down and recorded in the company journal as a bad idea. |

Is it really that bad to ask a team to be able to do more than just drive? It's like asking a student to do more than just show up to class... |

Because of the silly "What's the best 254 team" thread I recently found there is an Electric Sheep! 2546. TBA also says 2505 is The Electric Sheep But which team is the one androids dream of? |

There's lots of other "stuff" that make a team work well in the FIRST environment, beyond designing and building a robot. |

Mentors can't get tired, it says so in the manual. SENIOR mentors, therefore, must have a different manual! |

Maybe it's the guy who doesn't stop drawing in his notebook in class, or the girl who writes the best essays in English. What team can't use their skills? |

I learned that I don't have a clone, there are only 24 hours in a day, and I can't do everything I want to do (even though I tried) and I learned that I have to say "no" once in a while. |

There can never be enough recognition of a job well done. We can never say enough Thank You's. We can never measure the impact that an inspirational teacher or mentor can make on a student because it's priceless. |

everyone in FIRST has to do the cha cha slide at least once per season to get it out of their system. Now I can go back to doing it in the privacy of my own car (if you see a red Jeep in CT swerving back and forth don't worry, it's just me doing the slide...)! |
