In real life (IE when you go to apply your engineering skills to tasks in industry) there will be constraints on all sorts of things - many of which may or may not be "fair" or even "intelligent". You must learn to either work around them or use them to your advantage - preferably a bit of both. |

To anyone who is discouraged about their team, don't let yourself get down. I've seen my team go from having a robot that barely moved (and I'm not kidding, we had keys falling out of gearboxes) to this year with a robot that is ACTUALLY GOING TO WORK. Don't lose hope, stick with FIRST! |

BQR-5: The platonic ideal of FRC bumpers.

BQR-0: Moderate to heavy use of duct tape.
I believe BQR would outperform OPR as a predictor of on-field robot performance. |
