Following Chatsworth's lead, we created a fundraising packet. The packet includes a business size envelope for the "potential" sponsor to send a check in. The envelope does not include a stamp on it - saving the team money. I wanted to have on the envelope the clear brief info for the potential sponsor to be able to realize who to make the check out to, when we need the money, that they can send money "down the road"...This word doc made it easy to print the 1000 business size envelopes donated by school district paper supplier on our personal computer. Just change the words to suit your purpose.
