This is an improvement over the previous scouting form. Only 8 matches to allow for pic of bot on both sides.
MS Word two side (front and back) Pic (profiles are best) and team name and number on front. Designed for a four scout crew. Each scout watches only one robot and records its performance. Each scout observes the number of the first three balls that are made by the team thay are observing. They note time for autonomous action and what it was. All aspects of performance are covered.
