This sheet limits the QP points that a team gets to their OWN QP points if a penalty caused the other team to loose -- per Morrella via a phone call, winning alliance gets the LESSER of their opponents unpenalized QP points or their OWN QP points (including their penalities).
I ask for folks to check this sheet for me.
By the way, the corrections did not make this sheet any prettier -- it's pretty ugly in some of those cells, but... ...no time to start over, this works (I think). Tell me if you find out otherwise.
