After watching BAE we noticed something...scouting is not that easy this year. There is A LOT going on. So we have simplified the scouting sheet to what we think drivers will need to know without having to interpret notes from people.
Our scouting system:2 or 3 people will be assigned to 5 teams...
After watching BAE we noticed something...scouting is not that easy this year. There is A LOT going on. So we have simplified the scouting sheet to what we think drivers will need to know without having to interpret notes from people.
Our scouting system:2 or 3 people will be assigned to 5 teams at the competition, and they will scout only when one of their teams is up. They do not need to scout every match for every team, because that becomes tedious (and it leaves less people available to cheer 
). These scouts will get to know their teams very well, and on Friday night they will talk to the drivers regarding alliance selection with good knowledge of their teams.
We think that this system will be extremely useful while not tying up too many people or giving extraneous information, however, if anyone has any suggestions please let us know!
