This is an outline to step through a typical design process and is intended to help give direction on taking an idea and working with the team to make it a reality.

My insperation for this was the fact that our team is in it's rookie year and there is a lot of disorganization within the team. Ideas are cropping up that are very good but are late (after decisions have been made) and are causing work to stall and teammates to feel less involved. Some ideas that have a lot of promise are being dropped without further investigation or others are continuing to work on an idea when the rest of the team has moved in a new direction.

Implementation of this much structure into our team for this year may not happen but maybe others will find this useful. Any and all feedback are welcome.
this paper already posted is also an inspiration:
