Referee Test
This is the Referee Test that was instituted in the 2007 offseason competition at MARC and ARC. Each Referee passed the test before being allowed to referee.
This is the Referee Test that was instituted in the 2007 offseason competition at MARC and ARC. Each Referee passed the test before being allowed to referee.
This test served three purposes - 1) To let the referees know which rules they needed to work on, 2) To let the head referee know where the referees' strengths and weaknesses were, and 3) To assuage the spectators that the referees were knowledgeable in the rules.
