Finds if your bumper configuration is legal or not as of jan 30th for the game Lunacy.

This is beta, and was developed by me. I am seeking input on the decision i made regarding the bumper rules, and making the Q&A responses into rules.

one of the items on your list says "The holes in your frame are small (if any), and donot interfere with support of the bumper. "

what do holes in the frame have anything to do with the rules? I'm concerned that I'm missing something here. If a frame has a ton of lightening holes then it should still be okay shouldn't it?

This sounds like a reference to <R08-M>. A reasonable interpretation wouldn't consider small lightening holes to be a violation, but I don't have enough fingers to count the number of times I've been surprised by the Q&A this year.

Can you save that and post it in 2003 format?
