This is a copy of Team 103's 2003 Championship Chairman's Award-winning submission.
Cybersonics Technology Team 103 has decided to release our Chairman's Award submission to the FIRST world via our website (http://www.cybersonics.org/cybersonics/chairmans.html), and as head web developer, I am also posting this on ChiefDelphi to allow for more people to see it. Although much has changed within the past 8 years, we still hope that teams can use it to create a well-deserved submission.
