This is the rule set that Season Long Fantasy FIRST uses as of 11/30/2016
Change Log:
11/30/16 Major update to reflect new developments: Slot trade review process, conflict of interest drafts, change to district scoring section, and update to waiver process (during competition season)
7/19/2015 Slight update to points section and to number of drafts before the boot.
7/19/2014 Updated to reflect changes made prior to the 2015 season drafts.
8/19/13 added Draft Runner Tips document as it can be helpful in terms of timing.
8/19/13 corrected # of players/team
