2012 Rebound Rumble Code

This is the code we used for Rebound Rumble. The dashboard code reads from the cameras and is calculates the distance and angle to the target. The code implements some optimizations to reduce processing requirements. Communication between robot and dashboard is over UDP. The Robot implements a state machine for ball control. Additionally, the Robot Code is adapted to deal with the delay in time from cameras to the dashboard and back to the robot.
