After challenges at Crossroads, we evaluated the design and made some changes to improve the overall performance

After having challenges with our winch system at the Crossroads Regional, we evaluated the results, created a plan, took data and implements some simple design changes to address the issues.

This paper describes a process that can be used for continuous improvements during or after a competition season.
