A new simple scouting System from team 3339.

Hi CD,
This is team 3339 Scouting System release.
The system is based on scouters who send data to the scouting system via Google Form from their mobile smartphones.

The data is than exported to "ScoutingForm2015BumbleB(Responses)" Excel Sheet.

Than the head of scouting has to link the excel sheet to the Access database "BumbleBScoutingSystemRevD".
The data is processed in the Access database. You can changes the weights of every parameter in the game and the system will automatically rank all the teams according the parameters weight you chose.
There is also another feature that enables sending data to the field crew about their alliance abilities.
