Goal visibility chart for the 2016 FRC challenge - Stronghold.

Shooting chart for the Stronghold challenge. A useful utility to decide which shot is best from each location on the field.
The size of the rings indicates how wide the goal appears from that point on the field. Largest ring for the whole 16", and smallest ring for the minimal 10".

Size of black circles indicate how low may your shooter be mounted, and still be be blocked by a max height opponent. Largest circle for any shooter height, smallest one mean shooter needs to be mounted nearly at max height.

You can adjust some parameters to your robots design and play with the excel.

Color indicates which goal:
Green - Right Goal (next to the secret passage)
Red - Center Goal
Blue - Left Goal
