This is Cyber Blue 234's Gender Diversity Plan. This was created in 2014 and has been updated to incorporate some new materials.
This is Cyber Blue FRC 234's Gender Diversity Plan. We created this plan in 2014 to bring focus and highlight specific actions to increase our recruiting and retention of females on Cyber Blue. All students have read, discussed and support this plan.
This action plan led to us attending an All Girls Event in Michigan in 2014 and leading and hosting IndyRAGE - All Girls Event - in 2016.
