2016 release of our scouting database as well as the technologies and processes used in it.

Contains an outline of how our team scouted and descriptions of the various components of our scouting system. This years database had features such as detailed match reports, power rankings by ability, and a bot user for Slack that returned match information to our drivers and strategy subteam.
