Divide and Conquer: Organizing a team with Varsity and JV
A presentation about our way of managing our large team - dividing up into a Varsity squad that builds the competition robot, and a JV team that builds a full, separate robot as a learning process.
This presentation was given by students from team 3322, Eagle Imperium, at the Robotics Forum hosted by FIRST Alumni and Mentor Network at Michigan. It details how we organize our team, and the benefits of our JV/Varsity system. It also explains how we've have changed the system over time and how we plan to change it further.
